Public Offer
1. What this document is
This is a public offer to enter into an agreement for access to the Lumi Pro subscription. The seller is listed under "Seller details" below. By paying for Pro, you accept all terms of this offer. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian makes the payment and accepts the offer, or you do so with their consent.
2. What you get
Lumi Pro gives access to extended features for the paid period: the AI tutor without daily limits, Studio flashcard and quiz generation without daily limits, photo task breakdowns and solution checks on a stronger model, and your full chat history. High daily anti-abuse limits apply that normal studying never reaches. The free plan stays available with daily limits.
3. Price and term
Pro costs 1,499 ₸ for a month and 9,990 ₸ for a year. Current prices are on the Pricing page; the price is fixed at the moment of payment. The term starts when Pro is switched on. The subscription does not renew automatically: when it ends, the account returns to the free plan and all your flashcards, quizzes and chats are kept.
4. How to pay
Payment is a Kaspi transfer using the link or number shown in the app. After the transfer, tap "I've paid": we check the payment and switch Pro on, usually within a few hours and no later than 1 business day. If we can't match the payment, we'll contact you.
5. Trial
Each account can start a free 7-day Pro trial once. No card or payment is needed, and nothing is charged when the trial ends.
6. Refunds
You can cancel Pro at any time by emailing the address in the seller details. We refund the unused days of the paid term. If Pro wasn't switched on within 3 business days of payment, or didn't work through our fault, we refund the full amount. Refunds go back the same way you paid, within 10 business days of your request.
7. Service quality
AI answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes; they don't replace a teacher. We aim for uninterrupted service, but technical pauses can happen. If the service is down for more than a day in a row through our fault, we extend Pro by that time.
8. Obligations
We provide access to the paid features and protect your data under the Privacy Policy. You don't share your account and don't use the service for automated requests or anything unlawful. For serious violations we may restrict access and refund the unused term.
9. Disputes and contact
We accept questions and claims at the email in the seller details and reply within 10 business days. Disputes are settled by negotiation, or otherwise under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
